Welcome to our new park blog-space-meeting point!!
I see you people more often than my parents, but still know little about you: there´s the skaters hanging out by the ramp, there´s Mary feeding the ducks with her cute little son.
But I do know that there are problems in the park of a different sort than when I grew up in this neighbourhood. There is no longer a grumpy drunkard on the bench by the statue of the girl and the deer, but there are over hundred people gathering on Needle Hill to have their next shot and furious neighbours who no longer meet people with a smile.
I think this blog can be a way of getting to know each other and at the same time find solutions and discuss issues that concern us, the park users. We can start shaping our own park and working on the local politicians to achieve better conditions for our community. Deal?
All the best!

JESS! Love U Majjjjjjjjja!
Finaly someone is giving a voice to this wonderful park! Or at least it used to be wonderful. There are so many things going on these days and the police is more often seen in the park than the gardener! I am….or at least should be… in school between 12 and 14, can I reach you by mail?
Yes, of course you can!! I´m here for you 🙂 I´m looking forward to hearing from you! Pass the word on!!
Nice to see you online kids! This look really nice! Good work!
Personally and on behalf of the Park Neighbor Committee I welcome this initiative and look forward to collaborating with all of you.
You are so right. We need to do something together about all these terrible things happening in the park these days. Just read the papers! I have the drug addicts right on my doorstep, and the police does nothing!
I hope we will not focus on only negative things. I love the park and use it daily with my children. Let´s make it a positive place to be!
